|Congratulations to the outgoing Band of Blue Seniors!
Welcome to the incoming Band of Blue Freshmen!
The Band of Blue
We are reigniting the new marching band uniform drive. We are currently just over halfway to our goal of $80,000 plus for the purchase of new marching band uniforms.
We need your help to reach that goal!
1. We are working on a silent auction to be held at the Band of Blue Night at the Kernels in August.
2. Business letter-writing campaign is underway.
3. Reach out to alumni -- gathering information.
For information or suggestions,
please don't hesitate to contact us!

As you know, school systems are under considerable budgetary pressures. Therefore, we turn to the generosity of our West Side parents, alumni, community, and Cedar Rapids businesses.Your financial support will enable the students of The Band of Blue to debut these new uniforms in the fall of 2014. A new uniform will cost $400.00.
Our goal is the purchase of 200 uniforms. The Jefferson Band Parent Association is a 501c3 group and your contribution is tax deductible. A receipt will be returned to you for your records.
Thank you to the parents, grandparents, community members, and Cedar Rapids businesses that have already donated to the Band Uniform Drive as well as the matching gifts that have been received from Alliant Energy! Thank you for your past and continued support of Jefferson High School and your Band of Blue!
